The 4 star hotel Airport in Florence is located in the business district of Novoli, this quiet residential suburb of Florence is only 10 minutes from the city centre or if you are coming from the A1 Motorway please exit Florence North, head in the direction of the city centre for about 6 kilometers until reaching Hotel Airport Firenze, proceed past  the Amerigo Vespucci airport and take a right onto  Via Don Lorenzo Perosi , 39.

Yes, just ask the staff and they can supply you information about shuttle pick up.

No, the hotel is a smoke free property.  You may smoke outside at your leisure but inside the hotel smoking is strictly prohibited both in the rooms and the hotels public areas.

The in house restaurant is only open for breakfast, but the staff will be happy to recommend one of the numerous restaurants and bars in the area including some excellent Florentine trattorias and restaurants specializing in local Tuscan cuisine.

All rooms have private en-suite facilities (bathroom), tv, mini-bar etc.

arrow Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed but only small ones and we do request that all pets be kept on a leash when in the hotel reception area.
     

Check-in starts at 14 and check-out time is at 12, however don’t hesitate to call us if you require an earlier check in as if we have availability from the night before we will only be too happy to oblige… Similarly , if you have a later flight and would like a lie in simply let us know the night before and we will try to accommodate your request.

arrow From Santa Mara Novella Station how do I get to the hotel?
Take the local ATAF Florence bus number 29 or 30 from directly in front of the train station (left hand exit)  you are going to the Novoli business district and should alight at  Petri – the Golden Tulip Hotel Mirage Stop.  The Airport business hotel in Firenze is a 1 minute walk away at Via Don Lorenzo Perosi. 39.  If you get lost don’t hesitate to call us – see contact details above.

arrow Coming From the Airport?
You can enjoy a brisk 15/20 minute walk to our hotel… just head south towards the city centre. Or take a short taxi ride to get to Hotel Airport Florence on Via Don Lorenzo Perosi no. 39,  it should not more than 10 Euros.

  

The hotel does not have its own garage however, we do have condominium parking shared with local residents – this parking is free but of course the onus is on our guests to find a space – usually its not too difficult.

Alternatively, paid parking in a nearby garage is available for a small daily supplement – prices vary according to the season – see booking extras when you make your booking online for information on parking supplements.
